Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply to each payment method and are published on the Cashier page of the Platform.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. winw88 does not accept cash deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) withdrawal limits not being exceeded; and (d) your Account being in good standing with no open disputes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. winw88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. winw88 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. winw88 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred on the Platform. You agree to only gamble with funds you can afford to lose.
